We are seeking a dedicated GoHighLevel Engineer to join our team full-time at our Lahore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining automation workflows and sales funnels within the GoHighLevel platform. This role involves daily management of pipelines, triggers, campaigns, and integrations, along with customizing dashboards, forms, and landing pages to meet business needs. The engineer will also troubleshoot technical issues and work on optimizing system performance to ensure smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure automation workflows, pipelines, triggers, and campaigns within the GoHighLevel platform.
- Maintain and optimize sales funnels and marketing automation processes.
- Customize dashboards, forms, and landing pages to align with business requirements.
- Integrate third-party applications and services using APIs and webhooks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and translate them into efficient technical workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy and manage reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in configuring the GoHighLevel platform, including pipelines, workflows, campaigns, and triggers.
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, including integrations via APIs and webhooks.
- Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and dashboard customization.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and convert them into streamlined technical solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML and CSS, especially for forms and landing page customization, is advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience is required; applicants with less than one year of experience will not be considered.
