Gold Lion Financial Services is seeking a dedicated Admin Cum HR professional with at least five years of experience in administration, facilities, or human resources roles. This individual will play a key dual role supporting both administrative operations and HR functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field and demonstrates strong skills in office administration, procurement, vendor management, and basic HR support including recruitment coordination and payroll assistance. This role demands excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various HR and administrative systems. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. While this position does not involve managing a team, it requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of compliance with labor laws and internal record-keeping practices.
Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities to ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships including procurement and maintenance of office supplies and facilities.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems to ensure up-to-date data management.
  • Process payroll support tasks, including data verification and liaising with the payroll department to ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies by regularly reviewing HR and administrative procedures.
  • Oversee attendance and leave management to track employee time-off and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle documentation and record-keeping duties to support audits and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with employee relations management by addressing basic queries and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards related to HR and administrative metrics for senior management.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives within both administrative and HR functions to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR and administrative information in accordance with company policy.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to support human resource and office functions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and office security procedures.
