Real Estate Investment Advisor

Graana is seeking a Real Estate Investment Advisor with at least one year of experience to join its team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, financial projections, and project feasibility. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of real estate investment principles, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment, to provide expert guidance on property-focused investment opportunities. The advisor does not manage a team but works collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure thorough due diligence and successful investment strategies. This position involves assessing the legal, technical, and financial aspects of properties and projects, requiring the ability to communicate complex investment information clearly through presentations and reports. Candidates must hold a Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field, with advanced qualifications or certifications considered a plus. Preferred candidates will have relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, or financial analysis related to property development or related sectors.
Responsibilities
