Job Description

·         Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes to facilitate other business operations.

·         Managing Security, Housekeeping, Transport, Food, Repairs/Maintenance, Travelling

·         Effective and rationale liaising with all government departments

·         Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office

·         Develops budget recommendations for office

·         Manage office supplies stock and place orders

·         Answer queries by employees and clients

·         Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)

·         Reports regularly to the relevant manager.

·         Coordinates effectively with the management and team members.
