Applicants are invited for the post of assistant manager in the field of procurement/production of inorganic fertilizers. Applicant must have ability to understand the business & it processes. Deals in day to day procurement tasks including but limited to:
- Filling and keeping records of all documents.
- Assisting with customs & import documentation.
- Coordinating with Purchase Department.
- Chasing suppliers on overdue orders.
- Coordinating with banks for LCs.
- Checking and Verifying Received items.
- Preparing relevant reports.
- Routine follow-up of shipment/s and timely share its status with HOD and Manager Store.
- Performing any relevant duty assigned by the Head of Department.
- Support procurement department in purchase of quality products.
- Helps in brand development and related tasks.
