Sales Executive

Growbiz Logistics is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales growth by effectively managing customer relationships, generating leads, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. This role requires fluency in English and strong communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. As a Sales Executive at Growbiz Logistics, you will work closely with internal teams to analyze market trends and competitor activities, tailor pricing strategies, and deliver compelling product knowledge presentations. While you will not manage a team, this position demands self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to oversee the sales funnel from lead generation through to deal closure while utilizing Salesforce and customer data analysis tools to optimize sales processes.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Identify and generate new business leads through market research and proactive outreach efforts.
Execute sales strategies effectively to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to educate and persuade potential clients.
Manage the entire sales funnel, including lead qualification, opportunity management, and deal closure using Salesforce.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to refine sales approaches and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales campaigns and ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports to monitor progress and forecast outcomes.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms and strong partnership foundations.
Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments and innovations.
