Responsibilities

Develop annual business plans and departmental OPEX & CAPEX budgets in coordination with all factory departments.
Establish, monitor and control KPIs, PUI and UPMH performance to achieve operational targets.
Plan, monitor and control daily production operations, ensuring efficient manpower allocation and task distribution across shifts.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, PMC, Quality, Warehouse and HSE departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Monitor operational performance indicators including productivity, efficiency, downtime and wastage while ensuring timely resolution of production bottlenecks.
Control operational costs, minimize waste and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Investigate operational failures, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly operational MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational standards, safety regulations and audit requirements.
Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing and operational discipline across the shop floor.
Train, guide and support supervisors and operators to enhance operational excellence and performance.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements as per company policies.
