Responsibilities

* Manage purchase demands, verify specifications, and obtain competitive quotations.
* Handle routine & project purchasing, including *price approvals, negotiations, and PO issuance*.
* Coordinate with vendors for *timely deliveries, GRN, payments, and invoice processing*.
* Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, filing, and *SAP transactions*.
* Coordinate with *Finance, Inventory, Maintenance & Store* teams and report purchasing activities to the Department Head.
