Hamdard Pakistan seeks an experienced Assistant Manager Engineering specializing in Electrical Instrumentation to lead and oversee critical engineering projects within the organization. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of two engineers to execute electrical instrumentation projects ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project management activities from initiation through completion to meet project deliverables on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular instrumentation calibration and preventive maintenance to maintain optimal functionality of control systems and electrical equipment.
- Analyze and troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for instrumentation calibration, maintenance, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and quality assurance to enhance system integration and performance.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project progress updates to inform senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and instrumentation codes, regulations, and safety protocols in all engineering activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology upgrades to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skills development and continuous improvement.
