Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines affecting the companys operations.
  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory applications, reports, and correspondence accurately and timely.
  • Maintain all necessary licenses, permits, certificates, and regulatory records, ensuring they are current and compliant.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with government agencies and regulatory authorities to facilitate inspections and audits.
  • Support regulatory inspections, audits, and investigations by preparing documentation and responding to queries promptly.
  • Identify areas of non-compliance or compliance gaps and recommend practical corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks and maintain comprehensive documentation to demonstrate adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clear and relevant regulatory guidance to internal departments to ensure alignment with current laws and standards.
  • Track deadlines for regulatory submissions, license renewals, and other critical compliance activities to prevent lapses.
  • Prepare periodic compliance reports for management, highlighting compliance status, risks, and improvement opportunities.
