Job Description:
Responsible to manage sales activities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly targets. Responsible for negotiating deals, identifying client needs, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Qualification: BBA / MBA Marketing
Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and prepare sales presentations to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Negotiate sales deals ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Attend sales meetings and participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
