This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Warranty Supervisor at HDH Telecommunications in Lahore. The Home Warranty Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the home warranty department. This includes managing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues, and providing support to the customer service team. The Home Warranty Supervisor will also be responsible for analyzing data, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing strategies to improve customer service processes.
