Responsibilities
Investment Leadership:Formulate and refine the firms overarching equity investment framework, house views, and research methodology.
Portfolio & Performance Oversight:Supervise all equity funds, SMAs, and institutional strategies to ensure they consistently exceed benchmarks and maintain top-quartile peer group rankings.
- Active Fund Management:Directly manage one or more flagship equity portfolios, demonstrating investment excellence and strong fiduciary stewardship.
