A multnational brand require 2 sales staff for our brand outlet at Parktowers, Clifton, Karachi. Job Description for the said staff will be:
- daily stock control and management.
- Assisting shoppers to find the products they are looking for.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Stocking shelves with products.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Balancing cash registers with receipts on daily basis.
- Dealing with customer refunds.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean.
- Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
- Attaching price tags to poducts.
- Responsible for security within the store and being on the look out for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working at brand retail outlet.
- Intermediate
- 20 to 30 years of age
- Pleasant personality
- Male/Female
- Speaking English is an advantage
- Basic computer operating skills
