Operations Executive

Healthy Space Pvt Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team in Lahore. This role involves managing daily operational workflows and ensuring smooth coordination across various functions including customer support and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and data management, especially using MS Excel. With 2 years of required experience, this position focuses on improving operational efficiency through meticulous process management and proactive problem solving. The Operations Executive will not be managing a team but will act as a key liaison among vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless business operations. In this role, the Operations Executive will oversee critical tasks including workflow management, inventory control, and customer support coordination. The position demands proficiency in data analysis and reporting to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English and be adept at multitasking and time management. Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily operational workflows and service delivery schedules within Lahore to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels, track product dispatching, and oversee field technician assignments to maintain operational continuity.
Identify and address operational bottlenecks by implementing effective solutions to enhance turnaround times and efficiency.
Maintain and update operational databases and activity trackers with accuracy using advanced MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas.
Generate and present weekly and monthly operational reports and dashboards for management to review key performance indicators and cost management metrics.
Act as the central communication point between field teams, customer support, and administrative offices to ensure clear and efficient information flow.
Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to guarantee timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
Handle customer inquiries and escalations related to product installations, servicing, and delivery, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate operational data and insights to assist financial planning.
Utilize problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
