Sales Executive

Healthy Space Pvt Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at the Toyota Airport branch in Lahore. This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, promoting wellness products, and driving retail sales while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and adept at building lasting customer relationships. This position requires a female candidate with a minimum of one year of relevant experience and a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, guiding them through product selections that meet their wellness needs. You will maintain store presentation standards, handle sales transactions efficiently, and manage inventory to support branch operations. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, the Sales Executive plays a vital role in contributing to branch goals and upholding the company's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Promote and sell wellness products to meet individual and branch sales targets on a monthly basis.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Manage product displays, store cleanliness, and inventory levels to maintain a high standard of brand presentation.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using available sales systems.
Adhere to shift schedules and comply with company policies related to attendance and store operations.
Stay informed about product knowledge and market trends to better assist customers and maximize sales opportunities.
Contribute to the development of a positive team environment even without direct supervisory duties.
