Healthy Space Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Technical Executive with a strong technical background and practical experience in mechanical systems, specifically compressors, plumbing, HVAC, and reverse osmosis filtration. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E.) in Mechanical, Plumbing, or HVAC Technology and demonstrates hands-on expertise in installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing industrial compression systems in an operational environment. This role requires a commitment to sustaining high-performance equipment while following strict safety standards and maintenance protocols.
The Technical Executive at Healthy Space Pvt Ltd. works independently without managing a team but is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various mechanical and utility systems, including compressors and related equipment. The individual applies technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and adhere to manufacturer guidelines and established maintenance schedules to enhance equipment longevity and efficiency. This full-time position is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to industrial maintenance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair compressors and associated mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance following set schedules and manufacturer recommendations to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Conduct corrective maintenance to promptly address faults and restore operational functionality.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and system issues related to compressors, plumbing, HVAC, and reverse osmosis filtration systems.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols while executing technical tasks and handling industrial equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for accountability and future reference.
- Support utility equipment maintenance to sustain overall infrastructure performance.
- Collaborate with other technical personnel to diagnose and resolve complex machinery problems effectively.
- Update technical knowledge about advancements in compressor technologies, HVAC systems, and filtration processes.
- Assist in evaluating technical specifications and system requirements for equipment installation and upgrades.
