HELPER / SALES STAFF REQUIRED

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Helper/Sales Staff to join our Electronics & Crockery Mart located in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about assisting customers, knowledgeable about products, and able to maintain a professional and organized showroom environment. This role involves direct interaction with customers to help them understand product features and prices, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers regarding product features and pricing information.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products accordingly.
- Manage product sales and conduct demonstrations when needed.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Maintain professional and polite behavior while interacting with customers.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, responsible, and presentable personality.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Full-time position based in BufferZone, Karachi.
- Working hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Two Fridays off per month, with half-day shifts on two other Fridays (3:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
- Salary is competitive and based on experience and skills, ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month.
- Work location requires in-person attendance at the showroom.
