Job Description

Scope Of Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and preparation of eligible, applied, approved and balance promotional costs.
  • Scheme wise cost-benefits analysis to measure the effectiveness of schemes.
  • Support in pre-schemes and post schemes planning, analysis and proposals. 
  • Development of processes according to the requirements of active schemes.
  • Authentication and implementation of policies regarding discounts, FOC schemes/ trade offer schemes /distributors incentives or any other trade benefits offered.
  • Verification of discount claims, FOC schemes/ trade offer schemes /distributors incentives or any other trade benefits offered.
  • Reports preparation regarding grievances raised on discounts/FOC schemes/ trade offer schemes/ distributors incentives or any other trade benefits offered.
  • Support in the implementation of trade offers distribution plan and sharing particular procedures with respective stakeholders.
  • Coordination with sales team/distributors for counterclaim on all objections constructed.
  • Market and distributions visits with specified scope after taking the consensus of HOD.
  • Preparation of reports subsequent to the field visits and submitting to HOD.
  • Support in the development of market intelligence system to obtain the fast and reliable information of market. Also conduct market surveys/research on given scope.
  • Distributors evaluation, appraisal and recommendations for improvement.
  • Present sales and trade offers cost report.
  • Verification of required inventory level and market credit on each distribution.
  • Educate distributors/sales team as regards to the new schemes after their approvals.
  • Development of claims management system (CMS) according to the specific schemes and trade offers.

Skills And Competensies:

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced excel knowledge is essential.
  • Experience of sales ERP.
  • Statistical analysis software (e.g. R, SAS, SPSS, or STATA).
  • Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Sales audit planning and execution.
  • Statistical knowledge and experience.
  • Problem-solving and ability to identify category opportunities and risks.
