Main Responsibilities:
- Receiving, Checking and Registration of supplier invoices in system.
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the payments.
- Feedback all the payment-related queries (mails, messages and calls) in a timely manner.
- Solve the payment issues and provide solutions to the business department and supplier.
- Give necessary Training to the business department and suppliers for payment requirements.
- Do the analysis of problem cases and find out the optimum solution.
- Documents Archiving.
Professional Knowledge:
- Having basic knowledge of Accounting principles and Account Payable process.
- Be familiar with Pakistan Taxation (Income & VAT).
Business Skills:
- Data Entry: Strong data entry skills for expense reporting and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Customer Care: Having good interpersonal skills to handle supplier and business department pursue gently.
- Problem Solving Capability: Take deep interest to improvement the payment process.
- Effective Communications Capability: Must be fluent in English language.

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- 6 months – 1 year experience same field, especially in payables.
