H&M Enterprises is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate brings at least one year of experience and a bachelor's degree in graphic design, demonstrating a strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Creative Suite tools. This role focuses on creating compelling and visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals. The Graphic Designer will execute diverse layout designs for both digital and print media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and contributing to the enhancement of our visual communications.
The Graphic Designer does not manage a team but collaborates closely with marketing, product, and development teams to produce high-quality graphic content. Responsibilities include digital illustration, user interface design support, and expert photo editing to elevate the aesthetics and effectiveness of our campaigns. This position requires a keen attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work within deadlines to deliver engaging and innovative design solutions that reflect the company's image.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop visual designs for digital and print media aligning with company brand guidelines.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Creative Suite software to produce layouts and digital illustrations.
- Design user interfaces that enhance user experience while supporting product and marketing initiatives.
- Edit and retouch photographs ensuring high-quality presentation in all marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity through comprehensive brand guidelines and print design techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project specifications.
- Apply expertise in layer management and UI design tools to optimize design workflows and output quality.
- Continuously improve design skills and stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design and digital illustration.
- Prepare files for print production adhering to print design standards for accurate output.
