Mechanical Engineer For Gyeser

H&M Enterprises is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer for Gyeser who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has at least two years of professional experience. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical system design. This role involves working on product development and quality control of geyser systems, requiring expertise in hydraulic system design as well as proficiency with CAD software and advanced simulation techniques such as finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring products meet specifications and operate efficiently while applying principles of statistical process control to maintain high standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to engage in project management activities and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on the design and enhancement of mechanical components. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the candidate should be capable of independently handling assigned projects, analyzing data through control charts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support the companys innovation and quality objectives.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize mechanical components and systems for geysers, focusing on functionality, durability, and efficiency.
Apply principles of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics to improve product performance and energy efficiency.
Conduct finite element analysis and CFD simulations to evaluate mechanical behavior and fluid flow within system components.
Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and 3D models for new and existing products.
Lead product development projects from concept through to production, ensuring alignment with design specifications and timelines.
Implement and maintain quality control processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and control charts to monitor manufacturing consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, testing, and supply chain to resolve technical issues and optimize designs.
Manage project documentation and reporting to track progress and support decision-making.
Support problem identification and resolution related to hydraulic system design and product functionality.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the engineering process.
