Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, familiarity with accounting software, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in general ledger entries
Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers and reconcile statements
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure timely filing of tax returns (sales tax, income tax, withholding tax)
Assist in internal and external audits
Prepare and process payroll
Maintain inventory and cost accounting records for electrical products
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Coordinate with sales and procurement departments for payment follow-ups and vendor reconciliations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA Inter/M.Com preferred)
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company - freshies will also be considered
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems, Excel)
Strong understanding of taxation and financial regulations in Pakistan
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
