Home Warranty Sales Closer

Shark Technologies, a US-based call center located in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, is looking for motivated and experienced Home Warranty Sales Closers to join its international sales team. This full-time role involves handling live transferred calls from agents and closing sales for home warranty services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven ability to close sales within a call center environment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle live transferred inbound calls from agents efficiently.
- Convert interested customers into confirmed sales by clearly communicating the benefits of home warranty plans.
- Explain various home warranty plans and their advantages to potential customers.
- Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering professional and excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales closing, preferably with home warranty or final expense products.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage inbound transferred calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
