HR Construction is seeking experienced Foremen to supervise road construction projects across various sites in Sindh. The Foremen lead a team of 20 persons, ensuring daily field operations proceed efficiently and align with project plans. They coordinate labor, machinery, and material usage while strictly adhering to safety and quality standards. The role demands strong practical site experience and the ability to manage teams effectively to meet project goals. The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant experience in road construction or civil site work, demonstrates punctuality and discipline, and possesses basic reading, writing, and calculation abilities. Foremen assist in maintaining site records, reporting progress, and addressing challenges promptly while supporting various site activities like earthwork, asphalt laying, and civil tasks. Candidates must be prepared to work full-time on company sites throughout Sindh.
Responsibilities

  • Supervise labor and oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Execute tasks according to instructions from Site Incharge or Site Supervisor, maintaining high-quality standards on site.
  • Manage and monitor the use of machinery, tools, and materials efficiently to avoid wastage and delays.
  • Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and safety compliance among laborers at the construction sites.
  • Coordinate daily manpower allocation and work requirements to optimize team performance and meet project deadlines.
  • Report daily progress, challenges, and any site issues to site management promptly for quick resolution.
  • Support various road construction activities including earthwork, asphalt application, and civil construction tasks.
  • Maintain basic site documentation and records as required to track progress and site conditions.
  • Enforce safety regulations to minimize accidents and ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
  • Promote effective communication between laborers, supervisors, and management to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor site laborers to improve skills, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
