Job Description

  • Assist in implementing talent strategies to attract, grow and retain the right people. 
  • Coordinate the end-to-end talent acquisition process, handle operational and administrative functions of talent acquisition for all employees, hires and transfers.
  • Assist in developing new recruitment channels; Sourcing potential prospects through references, advertisements, recruiting portals & social media tools; utilizing technology, sourcing mediums, and engaging professional consultants as and when required.
  • Prepare offer letters for successful applicants 
  • Coordinate the execution of orientation/induction programs for new hires. 
  • Assist in revising Salary Scales and Grading Structure of the organization
  • Coordinate the Performance Management System and Performance Appraisal process. 
  • Assist in implementing HR Best Practices in the Company in order to enhance employee motivation and improve culture of the organization.
  • Implement activities related to employee career development
  • Responsible to update HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development of Job Description for all the positions/job roles at PSDF.
  • Devise and implement the annual training calendar.
  • Coordinate the complete payroll process that includes salary processing.  
  • Handle employee leaves, issuing HR notifications, dealing with grievances, implementing disciplinary procedures and maintaining employee records
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations including full & final settlements, confirmations, transfers and rotations, leave management, on boarding etc.
  • Coordinate administrative affairs including security management, transportation and logistics affairs, office maintenance and support services.
