Manager Revenue Assurance

HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Manager Revenue Assurance to oversee and enhance the company's revenue assurance processes. The ideal candidate brings at least seven years of experience and a strong background in revenue assurance frameworks, risk management, and financial reconciliation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure the integrity of billing systems and implement fraud detection and prevention measures. Managing a team of two professionals, the manager will lead cross-functional efforts to maintain regulatory compliance and advance process improvements, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards. The Manager Revenue Assurance plays a crucial role in monitoring and controlling revenue leakage, conducting financial and internal audits, and guiding compliance management activities. Leveraging expertise in audit and risk assessment, regulatory frameworks, and process optimization, the selected candidate will drive continuous improvements in revenue assurance operations. They will collaborate across multiple departments to establish robust controls, adhere to ISO 9001 compliance, and utilize project management tools effectively to deliver timely and accurate results.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of two professionals responsible for revenue assurance activities and initiatives.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive revenue assurance frameworks to monitor and prevent revenue leakage.
Conduct detailed data analysis and reporting to identify discrepancies and potential risks impacting revenue.
Oversee financial reconciliation processes ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of billing issues and disputes.
Implement fraud detection and prevention strategies to safeguard the company's financial interests.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize revenue assurance workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance requirements and audit procedures, including ISO 9001 standards.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with departments such as finance, billing, risk management, and legal to enforce controls and compliance.
Lead internal and external audits, preparing documentation and responding to audit queries effectively.
Utilize compliance management software and project management tools to track audit outcomes and manage related projects.
Establish and maintain audit and control procedures, conducting risk assessments to minimize exposure.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulatory changes to update revenue assurance practices accordingly.
Provide training and guidance on revenue assurance policies and tools to team members and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and recommend corrective actions based on findings.
Support the integration of revenue assurance measures in new service offerings or product launches.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing systems and industry best practices to enhance revenue assurance capabilities.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to revenue assurance technologies and services where applicable.
