Job Role:
The City Coordinator will be the local liaison for the Daraz Dukaan project and will report to the Regional Manager. They will have a team of 3 Sales representatives who will be responsible for going out in the market and on-boarding shops. City Coordinator will have to:
· Work closely with Sales Representative and help them in identifying areas/shops to target
- Ensure all targets are being met
- Ensure proper training are being provided to shopkeepers
- Aligning with Central Team to ensure all the processes (onboarding, branding, training etc.) are going smoothly.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in local language + English
- Knowledge of local area.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- 6 months of experience in marketing/sales.
- Candidates must have own bike.
Duty timing: 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM Salary: 25,000 (20,000 Basic + 4,000 Fuel + 1,000 Mobile Allowance) + Commission Gender: Male Job Type: 1 Year (Contractual)
