The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration and possesses at least one year of experience in business plan writing and research. This role involves crafting detailed business plans and investor pitch decks grounded in thorough market research, competitive analysis, and strategic insights. The Business Plan Writer will manage a team of three professionals, coordinating efforts to deliver comprehensive and compelling business documents that support client objectives and investment decisions. The successful candidate demonstrates strong analytical abilities, excellent writing and editing skills, and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and Canva. Familiarity with AI applications like ChatGPT or Claude enhances the efficiency and innovation of the business planning process. The role requires a solid understanding of SWOT analysis and industry dynamics to produce reports that accurately capture market opportunities and challenges. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential to convey complex business concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to gather relevant data for business plan development.
Perform competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
Develop comprehensive business plans that outline strategic goals, financial projections, and operational guidelines.
Create persuasive investor pitch decks to support fundraising and partnership initiatives.
Utilize SWOT analysis to evaluate business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the planning process.
Lead and manage a team of three personnel, guiding workflow and ensuring quality and timely delivery of business documents.
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to enhance research, writing, and content generation efficiency.
Ensure all business documentation adheres to high standards of writing, clarity, and professionalism.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business plans with organizational objectives and client requirements.
Edit and refine business documents to enhance readability, impact, and accuracy.
Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Canva to visually represent business strategies and data.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business planning best practices and industry developments.
