Job Description

HS Global Consultants recently open their office in karachi and looking for a young, dynamic, confident, motivated and highly-organised Full-time Receptionist.

The key responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Be the first point of contacts for all walk ins
  • Data Entry
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment
  • Social media assistance & marketing
  • Adhoc duties as requested

About you:

  • Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment 
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be Flexible & have the ability to multi-task
  • Friendly, outgoing and can-do attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge 
  • Have experienced working in a student consultancy office (Desirable but not necessary)
