HSE Officer

MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a reputable contracting firm specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, is seeking a dedicated full-time HSE Officer to join the team at the PAK SUZUKI Project in Karachi. As a sister company of IZHAR Construction Company Pvt Ltd., MEP Solutions is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on all its projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting a safe working environment and ensuring adherence to HSE policies on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Toolbox Talks (TBT) and awareness presentations on various HSE topics to the workforce.
- Identify, analyze, and assess potential hazards and risks related to ongoing construction activities, working closely with clients on all HSE-related matters.
- Prepare and publish weekly HSE flyers and detailed reports to communicate safety updates and observations.
- Provide first aid for minor injuries promptly and effectively.
- Demonstrate knowledge of basic firefighting techniques and assist in fire safety measures.
- Conduct thorough investigations and prepare reports on HSE observations, incidents, and near misses to support continuous improvement in safety practices.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of graduation-level education.
- Completion of recognized HSE courses such as OSHA and NEBOSH certifications.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in HSE roles, preferably within MEP construction environments.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of safe work practices specific to MEP construction sites.
- Effective communication skills to engage with site personnel and clients.
- Good physical fitness, as the role is field-based and requires regular site visits.

Location and Employment Details:
The position is based at Port Qasim, Karachi, and requires the candidate to work on-site. This is a full-time role offering a monthly salary range of Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 65,000.
