Job Description

  • Responsible for running retail Shop to meet organizational targets and policies, maximizing profit whilst minimizing costs
  • Ensure Stores are efficiently merchandised, staff are well trained and driven to achieve sales objectives and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Ensure best shop ambience, hygiene & safety, visual merchandising and customer service
  • Oversee regular updation of visual merchandising, product is properly displayed, prices are visible and all visuals are up to date and properly displayed
  • Planning and execution of Weekly Stock & QC Audit
  • Arrange the stock room of all shops in proper order for audit convenience
  • Provide timely stock demand to merchandising, planning & supply chain team for timely supply of required stocks
  • Continuously monitor stock position of individual stores to ensure that required inventory is available all the time and maintained in an organized manner
  • Ensure accuracy while receiving/sending stock and its transfers IN/OUT
  • Provide customer feedback to merchandising & planning team in an organized manner
  • Ensure stock movement should be timely done as per the SOP
  • Responsible for translating weekly/daily targets to branch employees concerning sales, stock, rotas, cost minimization etc.
  • Reflect a professional and trust worthy brand image to employees and customers.
  • Lead and Develop branch team to consistently deliver company expectations on sales targets and service, operations and product.
  • Store business operations: including managing profit and loss, facility management, safety and security and banking, reassuring bank deposits are accurate
  • Product management: including ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products, and returns
  • Team Development: facilitating staff learning training, and development
  • Problem solving: handling unusual circumstances
  • To understand the customer service principles
  • Store manager should focus on directing their staff towards customers and evaluating staff performance in given format
  • Ensure that all marketing and POS activities are implemented as per standards
  • Handle customer complaints to maximize customer satisfaction (train team members to handle complaints in the best way possible)
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
