Human Resources Trainee

Rapidev Pvt Ltd., a CMMI Level 5 certified organization based in Islamabad, is offering a 3-month onsite internship opportunity in Human Resources. The internship is designed to provide practical experience in HR functions within a dynamic and innovative company that operates at the forefront of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, communication systems, defense, energy efficiency, and climate change. Interns will work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the NSTP campus of NUST, gaining exposure to real-world HR operations while contributing to a company committed to solving global challenges such as climate change and energy poverty through advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations including employee file management and recruitment processes.
- Support the preparation and management of employee contracts and related documentation.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
- Participate in training sessions and apply learned skills to assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management to facilitate HR activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.

Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail.
