Computer Operator

Huzaifa Traders is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in data entry and ERP software operation, along with solid computer knowledge. This role requires an individual who communicates well and maintains professional politeness with coworkers. The Computer Operator will be responsible for maintaining accurate digital records to support the smooth operation of company processes. In this position, the Computer Operator does not manage a team but plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of daily records involving invoicing, sales, and cash transactions. The role fits an organized candidate who can handle routine data tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Operate ERP software efficiently to handle data entry and maintain digital records.
Process and record digital invoicing accurately for goods sold by the company.
Maintain and update daily records of cash received and expenses.
Document all relevant sales transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial entries.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.
Follow company policies and best practices for digital data management and security.
Perform routine data validation and troubleshoot any discrepancies or errors.
Ensure polite and professional interactions with coworkers and other stakeholders.
Support financial and operational reporting by providing timely and accurate data.
Continuously improve knowledge of computer systems and software relevant to job duties.
