The IELTS & PTE Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, full-time, on-site instruction to learners preparing for IELTS and PTE exams at the Faisalabad location. This role involves planning and conducting engaging lessons that cover exam formats, requirements, and effective test-taking strategies across all components: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. The instructor will assess learners’ progress through practice tests and assignments, provide constructive feedback, and monitor their development to help them achieve their target scores. Additionally, the role requires maintaining an inclusive and motivating classroom environment, regularly updating teaching materials, and collaborating with the counseling team to ensure language training aligns with students’ study-abroad goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons tailored to IELTS and PTE exam preparation.
- Explain exam formats, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies clearly to learners.
- Assess learner performance through practice tests and assignments, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
- Track and document learner progress to support achievement of target scores.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages learner participation and confidence.
- Update and adapt teaching materials and resources to reflect current exam standards and learner needs.
- Coordinate with the counseling team to align language instruction with students’ academic and professional objectives.
- Utilize educational technology and digital tools to enhance instruction and exam readiness.

Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in English teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), with the ability to work effectively with diverse learner profiles.
- Proficiency in IELTS and PTE exam formats, scoring systems, and test-taking strategies, with practical experience preparing learners for these exams.
- Competence in lesson planning and delivery, including designing goal-oriented lessons adaptable to varying proficiency levels.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, including clear pronunciation and the ability to provide detailed, constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Teaching certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are highly advantageous.
- Previous classroom experience as an IELTS, PTE, or English language instructor is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills, with a learner-centered approach focused on measurable outcomes.
- Comfort and proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to support teaching and exam preparation.
