You must have at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, demonstrating the ability to deliver results through innovative approaches and tactical execution. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 25 sales and marketing professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Create and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business expansion.
Collaborate with product development and other departments to align sales and marketing efforts with company objectives.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and team progress for senior management.
Train and develop team members by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and support.
Manage budgets related to sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to optimize marketing initiatives and promotional events.
