ImpactBridge Solutions is seeking an experienced Grant Writer to support our non-profit clients in securing funding through the development of high-quality grant proposals and funding applications. The successful candidate will demonstrate independence, excellent time management, and strong writing skills to work efficiently across different time zones. This role requires someone who can research and identify potential grant opportunities, craft compelling narratives tailored to donor requirements, and collaborate remotely with various internal teams to gather necessary information. The Grant Writer will be responsible for maintaining a structured grants pipeline and ensuring compliance with donor guidelines throughout the proposal submission and reporting process. This position does not involve managing a team but requires close cooperation with program, finance, and leadership personnel to meet organizational funding goals. The ideal candidate possesses 3 to 5 years of proven experience in grant writing for non-profits, a bachelors degree in a relevant field, and a strong record of winning proposals for institutional donors, foundations, or government agencies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. Familiarity with donor databases and adaptability to new software are important to track donor engagement and comply with reporting obligations. This role is pivotal in strengthening fundraising efforts to support impactful programs delivered by our clients.
Responsibilities

  • Research and identify grant opportunities from international foundations, corporations, and government funding agencies to support client fundraising needs.
  • Develop persuasive grant proposals, concept notes, letters of inquiry, and sponsorship packages that meet donor requirements and reflect client programs.
  • Collaborate remotely with program, finance, and leadership teams to collect accurate data and inputs for tailored proposals and budgets.
  • Maintain and manage a structured grants pipeline, tracking deadlines, submissions, approvals, and reporting obligations to ensure timely actions.
  • Ensure all proposals and reports conform with donor guidelines for accuracy, clarity, and completeness to maximize funding success.
  • Monitor donor trends, funding landscapes, and sector developments to proactively identify new funding opportunities.
  • Support post-award activities such as donor reporting, communication, and compliance to strengthen donor relationships and client accountability.
  • Manage donor databases with precision, ensuring accurate records of donor engagement, proposal submissions, and reporting requirements.
  • Continuously improve grant writing tools, templates, and processes to enhance proposal quality and efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall fundraising goals and client success.
