Role:
We are looking for a Admin Manager, with basic experience, to deal with basic administrative task, procuring, managing office, managing staff, hiring recruits, dealing with the security aspects, visiting plants, ensuing safety of employee.
Managing their records. etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling complete life cycle of recruitment using different channels.
- keep office intact with company policies ensuing everyone has the perfect environment to work.
- Facilitate in housekeeping, ensuing all employees are doing thier tasks.
- procuring materials, repairs, maintenance, fixing issues.
- Staff Welfare and their requirements.
- Dealing with notices, local authorizes etc.
- Visiting plants on weekly basis to ensure all is kept in order.
- Keeping all building works, an records in order.
- Maintain and update employee records and human resource information systems
- Lansing with Local authorities
- Keeping all records in order, facilitating SOP's, for all employees.
Qualification:
- Bachelor/ Master in HRM with Sales/Marketing/Manufacturing background (preferred)
- The successful candidate will have creative sourcing capabilities, exceptional people skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Individual must be a self-starter.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience
- Proficient ability with MS Word and MS Excel
Skills:
Proficient in Verbal Communication Interpersonal Skills, Accept challenges and pressure, Hardworking, dedicated and self-motivated.
