Impex Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer with a supply chain and procurement orientation to manage vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and related technical tasks.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers via email and calls regarding electrical materials/equipment
Strong Knowledge of components research (checking specifications, pricing, and availability)
Identify and recommend suitable components according to specification
Support supply chain and procurement processes for electrical projects
Draft clear, professional written communication (emails, quotations follow-up, purchase coordination)
Assist in tracking project timelines and coordinating with internal teams (project management exposure preferred)
Maintain vendor records and documentation
Working Hours
- Shift Timing: 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary
- Proposed Salary: 60k to 70k Salary
- Annual increment based on performance
- Leave entitlement as per company policy
