The Operations Assistant will play a vital role in assisting the day-to-day operations of our digital streaming platform. This individual will work closely with various teams, including Content Management, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable music streaming experience for our users and artists. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and possesses a strong understanding of the digital music industry and streaming platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in uploading and managing digital content, including music tracks, albums, and artwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to content guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Content Management team to schedule releases, updates, and exclusives on the platform.
- Monitor content performance and troubleshoot any issues related to audio quality, metadata, or rights management.
User Experience:
- Monitor the platform user feedback and report issues to relevant teams for prompt resolution.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that the platform\'s functionalities and features are running smoothly.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the user experience and contribute to the development of new features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Music, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred. (Nice to have)
- Previous experience in the music industry, digital streaming platforms, or record label operations is a plus. (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with music streaming platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools is advantageous. (Nice to have)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for music and technology.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
