Requirements:
- Proven 4–5-year experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant or similar role
- Knowledge of databases, systems security and troubleshooting
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Deep knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong English written and verbal skills including technical writing skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Exceptional all-round communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Hands on experience with software development and documentation
- Must be able to write User Manuals, BRS (Business Requirement Specification) and SRS (Software Requirement Specification)
- Solid knowledge of business information systems
- Familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript, HTML/CSS, .NET, REACT, C++ and Java
- Must be able to understand FIX and SWIFT protocols specifications
- Ability to explain technical details
- Interpersonal and good teamwork skills
