We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for our UK home security camapign. Your job will be to analyse the customers' home security needs and to offer the appropraiet choice of services according to their demands.
You will be responsible to:
Take direct control of team retention levels.
Use company methodology and own intiatives to ensure retention targets are achieved.
Supervisory experience in a call centre is mandatory.
Oversee day to day operation
Monitor team performance and report.
Motivate team members.
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
In-depth lnowledge of performance metrics.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
Decision making skills.
Degree in management or training in team leading is a plus.
