InstaCare Technologies Inc is seeking a motivated Sales Executive for our Karachi market, specializing in Healthcare IT and SaaS solutions. This role is remote and based from home in Karachi, with regular field visits and in-person client meetings across the city. There is no physical office in Karachi; our head office is in Lahore.

This role requires candidates who currently live in Karachi and have hands-on experience selling in the local Pakistani market. Candidates with only international or export-market sales experience will not be considered, and this role is not open to candidates based outside Karachi.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound sales, cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals and other prospecting channels.
Identify and develop business opportunities within the healthcare sector, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other healthcare organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct product demos and presentations, understand client requirements and present suitable software/IT solutions.
Manage leads, follow-ups, sales opportunities and pipeline through CRM.
Handle negotiations, proposals and end-to-end sales closing.
Conduct client meetings and field visits across Karachi.
Provide basic product guidance and customer support, coordinating with technical teams when required.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the Pakistan market, based in Karachi (mandatory).
Background in Software, SaaS, IT, HealthTech, ERP or CRM sales is preferred.
Existing contacts with doctors, hospitals, clinics or pharmacies in Karachi is a strong plus.
Comfortable with frequent field travel and face-to-face client meetings.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
