We are looking for a resource to manage Inbound/Outbound calls, Emails, and Live Chat Support. The candidate must have an excellent command of English Writing and proven experience in Customer Service.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Expert in English Communication Skills
  • Must have Outbound/Inbound Calls experience.
  • Must have experience in Customer Service (Phone, Email, Chat).
  • Should be fluent in spoken English.
  • Ability to do research work.
  • The ability to write proper English is critical
