- Responsible for performing financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas, such as monthly P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, monthly Sales Reporting, & expense analysis.
- Responsible for Company-wide budgeting and forecasting.
- Responsible for managing monthly and quarterly cashflows
- Assistance in creating service pricing models.
- Project level financial reporting
- Actively work with Sales and Delivery Teams to drive business profitability and for accurate financial reporting
- Routine communication with Supervisors relating to payments and deliverables.
- Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations.
- Must have undertanding and hands on experience of using ERPS and Financial Systems for Financial Analysis, Management and Reporting
- Experience of major taxation like FBR and SRB and other compliances like EOBI, Professional Tax etc.
Requirements:
- Good people skills.
- Independent thinker.
- Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
- Excellent Excel/VB/PowerPoint skills. Database i.e. Access, SQL skills are a plus.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to generate bold, creative ideas to improve performance.
