As an HR Operations and Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department's operations and driving our recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for managing various HR functions while also actively participating in the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment agencies, and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Provide support in employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR operations and recruitment to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the HR function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Atleast 2 years of proven experience working in HR operations and recruitment roles.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRM systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
