International Call Center Agent

Webtimize Global, a dynamic digital solutions company based in Lahore, is looking for confident and energetic Outbound Call Center Agents to join its night shift team. The role focuses on making outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers across the United States, introducing them to the company’s Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Local SEO services. The main goal is to generate interest and transfer qualified prospects to the closing team, creating new sales opportunities. This position demands strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment during night hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based businesses, engaging directly with owners or decision-makers.
- Clearly and persuasively present Webtimize Global’s Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Local SEO services.
- Qualify prospects by assessing their interest and business needs.
- Warm transfer interested prospects to the closing team for further engagement.
- Confidently manage initial objections and maintain prospect interest until transfer.
- Consistently meet daily call volume and transfer targets.
- Accurately document call notes and prospect information within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about updated scripts, service offerings, and campaign guidelines.
- Provide regular reports on call outcomes and feedback to the Team Lead.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral, clear, and confident accent.
- Previous experience in outbound calling or telesales is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or web services is advantageous.
- Ability to work consistently during the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling software.
