International Consulting Associates Pvt. Ltd., a Management and Financial Consultancy firm is currently seeking a qualified and committed candidate to join our Business Development team in Lahore on a full-time basis. The individual will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of business development targets, dealing with private-sector and public-sector clients on a regular basis.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist relevant market opportunities tendered by private and public-sector organizations,
- Identify and coordinate contact efforts with relevant strategic partners for shortlisted opportunities,
- Manage database of and liaise with affiliated consultants to ensure timely input is obtained for BD activity,
- Manage and update database of company credentials to be used in BD activity,
- Coordinate timely development and delivery of technical and financial proposals for relevant market opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors’/Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related fields;
- 2-4 years’ experience of working in business development or other related roles (experience with consulting firms preferred);
- Knowledge of public and private sector procurement methods and rules;Excellent command of Microsoft Office (particularly MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)Report Writing and Data Presentation experience;
- Analytical skills, creative problem solving and commercial awareness;
- Multi-tasking ability, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Location
The position is based in Lahore, with intermittent travel to other cities in Pakistan.
