- Maintain cash book and/or bank book for Ghotkti office.
- Check Cash for work payment documents before processing any payment.
- Prepare cash count and other documents for the monthly closure
- Coding & stamping of Hard Files after Monthly Closure
- Identify any inappropriate expenditure and report it immediately to Finance Officer.
- Support Finance officer in the reconciliation of monthly advance.
- Submission of withholding taxes on weekly basis.
- Assisting FO in making BVA reports.
- Preparation of Bank transaction vouchers and making sure that all ledgers are updated.
- Review and check all transactions are in compliance with donor and IRC requirements and reviewing and checking of upload sheet coding before submission to country office for onward posting into SUN.
- Checking of monthly time sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Assist Finance officer in the preparation of monthly invoices for submission to Country finance office.
- Perform other duties, as necessary and/or as requested
