We are seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our energetic team. In this role, you will primarily engage with customers through outbound calls, clearly presenting our services and assisting in closing sales while providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the professionalism required to manage customer interactions effectively and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets consistently
- Address customer objections professionally and close sales successfully
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient English communication skills
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills
